Left and right skins have been clecoed on to skeleton. Now it looks like some aircraft part. Biggest so far.

Page 09-08 Match-drilled a few holes in the piano hinges. Now they are ready for riveting. Started and completed skins deburring and preparation for riveting to the stab skeleton. Took almost 4 hours
Page 09-07 Prepared piano hinges that sit between stabilator and anti-servo tabs. (Cut to size, drilled through template and deburred it all) Started preparing the stabilator skins.

Completed page 09-05 Rib clips were done (cut and deburred) earlier. HS-1210 hinge stops were fabricated. I need to get a pipe cutter for next time I need to do something similar. It is hard to get a nice straight cut. …

Riveted nutplates on the spars for control horns and hinges. New rivet squeezer seems to work better. Preparation and squeezing – 2 hours
